3D Printed Orthotics

3D Printed Orthotics

Our revolutionary orthotics are the result of cutting-edge technology. Using the patented dynamic footscan® technology, your foot specialist analyses your gait while walking or running.

Phits is the only FDA approved dynamic gait analysis and 3D printing solution available in the US.

Most orthotics are made from a scan or mold of your foot while sitting or standing still.  Any mechanical problems that occur when you are using your foot can’t be seen or evaluated.

Our orthotics are made to correct your foot pain while you are actually using it.  This can only be done with a dynamic scan of your feet while walking or jogging!

Using this dynamic analysis, your expert generates a design which is then created by a 3D-printer.

3D printing allows for variable stiffness while providing superior stability and strength in a lightweight orthotic.  The 3D printing process also allows the orthotic to flex and bend in a specific direction to correct for the needs of your individual foot.

Variable stiffness in 5 distinct zones and directional stiffness can only be done with 3D printed orthotics using the Phits system.

Environmentally Friendly

A production process can only be optimal if the impact on the environment is low. With traditional custom orthotics production, there’s up 80% waste of materials. For a pair of Phits on the other hand, material losses can be reduced up to 20% and thus reduce our ecological footprint whilst improving your everyday footprint.

The Phits Process

We believe in educating the client about their feet and allowing you to participate in the orthotic design process. Customer questions and feedback are encouraged throughout the scan, evaluation, and orthotic design.

Because your scan is digital, we can replicate your orthotics EXACTLY the same if you ever want another pair. Want a narrower pair for dress shoes? Want a pair for your golf shoes? Decide you want a stiffer pair for your trail running shoes? No problem.
