Mike Lewis, MS, PT

Mike is the owner and Executive Director of Washington Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. An eastside native, Mike grew up in Bellevue and currently lives in Kirkland.

Mike has been a guest lecturer at several schools, local businesses, state and national conferences, and local governments. Over his career, Mike has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, Seattle Sounders, Seattle Thunderbirds, Olympic and X-games gold medalists, and UFC/MMA fighters. He is currently the only ImPACT concussion trained Physical Therapist in the greater Seattle area specializing in concussion rehabilitation. He has extensive experience in pre-surgical and post-surgical rehabilitation. His areas of emphasis include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, exercise prescription, gait and orthotic evaluation, spine rehabilitation, and work-related injuries.

When not at work you might find Mike on the ski slopes or on the water at Lake Washington. Keep an eye out when you are in the clinic and you might catch a glimpse of Mike’s inner child on the bookshelf in his office!

Mike graduated from Bellevue High School, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound, and Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Washington University. A lifelong learner, Mike is currently working on his PhD.
